Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old to enter/win. Must Comment on specified
post(s) on Facebook to enter. Being a customer of Toyota of Tampa Bay not required.
Toyota of Tampa Bay employees, members of an employee’s household and
family are not eligible.
Winner Drawings: The winner for each prize will be randomly drawn from all eligible
entries received for each separate giveaway. The prize drawings will be conducted by
Toyota of Tampa Bay using a random number generator. Odds of winning determined by number of entries received during the entry period as outlined for each giveaway. Multiple entries allowed.
To Claim Prize: The winner of the giveaway will be notified via Facebook post and tag
and will be required to send a private message via Facebook to Toyota of Tampa Bay with
appropriate contact information in order to coordinate delivery of the prize. Most tickets can be e-mailed. Need not
be present to win. If we are unable to communicate with prize recipient within two (2)
business days of the winner announcement, the winner’s entry will be disqualified and
an alternate winner will be chosen.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by
these Rules and the decisions of Toyota of Tampa Bay, which shall be final and
binding in all respects. Any violation of these Rules will result in disqualification. This
promotion and these Rules shall be governed by Florida law. Any failure by Toyota of tampa Bay to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of
that term. Toyota of Tampa Bay reserves the right to use winner’s name for
promotional purposes.
Marketing and Privacy Agreement: We will not share your phone number or email
address. By entering the giveaway, you agree to the release of your first name and last
initial on Facebook should you be a winner.
